This extraordinary documentary shows Shamans from many continents meeting to share their rituals and knowledge.

It includes a ritual by the Dalai Lama – 28 minutes in.

 A little later (at 35 minutes) the Tuvan Shaman can clearly be seen wearing his Toli mirror, which I’ve mentioned on other posts as my main tool.
